Well, it’s over. That’s right. The tax credit for first-time buyers and repeat buyers has ended. So, now you’re thinking to yourself: “Well, I guess the market will collapse, no one will buy houses, life as we know it is over.” I don’t think so. The tax credit may be over, but all indications are that people are still buying and selling homes. Make sure you read my latest post of the monthly RMLS Market Action report.
