Home

Relocating to Portland, Oregon?  Already live here and ready to buy or sell your home? Let me help you!  I work with retirees, downsizers, first-time buyers and families who need a larger home.

If you’re a first-time buyer, you’ve picked a great time to buy.  Low interest rates, lower home prices and plenty of inventory provide a great buying environment for everyone, but especially for those who would like to invest in their first home.  The $8000 tax credit offered by the Federal Government is an unprecedented incentive to buy your first home.  Also, it’s available to those who haven’t owned a home in the past 3 years.  This tax credit is not a loan!  The Federal Government will reimburse you 10% of the purchase price of your home up to a maximum of $8000.  The  tax credit for first-time home buyers (previously due to expire Nov. 30), has been extended through April 30, 2010. Not only has it been extended, but it has also been expanded to include more buyers.  Don’t wait too long!

SELLERS

If you’re planning to sell your home in the next few months, be sure to call me for a Comparative Market Analysis.  I will use comparable sold listings to help you calculate the fair market value of your home. Please be sure to include your phone number since I’ll want to call you to schedule a time to tour your home before we decide on a final price.

BUYERS

Sign up to receive a daily listings report! Each day an email with listings that meet your home search criteria will be sent to you.  Designed and maintained by a Portland business, this website is better than most because it uses an interactive area map that shows you the names of neighborhoods and their proximity to one another.  Listings are complete with the full address, photos, price and property details.
